The fee includes: admission to the conference, a conference satchel and materials, refreshments/meals during the conference, a welcoming reception, and banquet.
Invoice can be sent upon request (contact email@example.com). Processing time: Approximately two weeks.
Cancellation of registration:
Cancellation must be made in writing (letter or email) to the Organizing Committee before 15 May 2013. No fees will be refunded after this date.
A processing fee of ISK 10.000 will be deducted from all refunds.
The pre-conference excursions are optional for participants. For further information see links on the left sidebar.
Payment for excursion 1: Two days tour, 9-10 June (ISK 35,000) has to be made separately.
Payment for excursion 2: Half day tour, 11 June (ISK 7,000) is made together with the conference fee.
Method of payment:
The conference fee must be paid before 31 March 2013.
- We accept credit card payment, both Visa and MasterCard. The credit card transaction is handled by Valitor, using a PCI DSS compliant online secure payment service.
- Payment can also be transferred directly to the University of Iceland’s bank account.
