The conference venues are Neskirkja at Hagatorg (attached to the church), on Friday, April 4 (Neskirkja) and Árnagarður 201 , on Saturday, April 5, and Sunday, April 6 (Árnagarður). Both venues are indicated on this map of the University campus.

During the first evening of the conference there will be a welcome reception from 17:00 pm to 18:00 pm in Neskirkja. This event will be an excellent opportunity to allow conference attendees to relax and network.

Travel to Reykjavík
All international flights (except those to and from the Faroe Islands and Greenland) go through Keflavík International Airport, which is about 40 minutes’ drive from Reykjavík. The Flybus runs services between Reykjavík and Keflavík and connects with all arriving and departing flights. The Flybus departs from Keflavík Airport 35-40 minutes after each flight arrival. Busses are located right outside the terminal building. Please note that bus tickets must be purchased in advance (https://www.re.is/flybus) or at the Flybus desk in the airport building. A one-way ticket costs 1950 ISK. The main stop is BSÍ Bus Terminal, in the center of Reykjavik. Transfers are available from BSI Bus Terminal to most major hotels. The Flybus driver will ask you to board a smaller bus for these hotel transfers. – If you opt for Flybus+, you will be driven directly to your hotel; the ticket costs 2500 ISK.
Taxis and car rentals are also available from the airport terminal.
